Patient Safety Listserv
The Primaris established a listserv for those hospitals participating in the Utah/Missouri Patient Safety Demonstration Project, funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Hospitals participating in the project are invited to sign up for this opportunity to exchange information on effective patient safety improvement strategies and related quality improvement topics. The listserv is appropriate for key hospital staff concerned with patient safety including administrators, medical directors, quality improvement directors, patient safety officers, infection control specialists and risk managers.
The listserv can provide you with a variety of project related information including upcoming patient safety educational conferences, aggregate feedback on the baseline medical record review, patient safety tools, helpful web sites. It can also provide you with opportunities to discuss your patient safety projects and initiatives, ask questions of your colleagues and keep up-to-date on the Utah/Missouri Patient Safety Demonstration Project and related studies.
