Hazel S. Borders, BA, Kansas City
Ms. Borders graduated from Rockhurst College, Kansas City, with a BA in Business Accounting. She has served on Primaris Advisory, Finance and Human Resources committees since 1996, and a member of the Board of Directors since 1999. Ms. Borders was also on Blue Cross/Blue Shield's Advisory Committee for 11 years. Ms. Borders has been an AARP health advocate volunteer since 1986 and a CLAIM volunteer since 1995. She worked with the Treasury Department of the Internal Revenue Service until retirement in 1988, and has since served on numerous health and healthcare boards.
