Community Connection
Community Connection is a statewide database of community
resources and consumer information available on the World
Wide Web. It is a free public service. The site will connect
you with public and private, non-profit and for profit resources,
including agencies, organizations, government units, clubs,
associations, schools, churches, businesses, libraries and
others. It can be searched by topic, keyword, service area
or proximity to a zip code. Resource listings and maps,
directories, address labels and asset maps can also be printed.
It also has links to consumer education material developed
by Missouri agencies.

services and programs available for seniors and disabled
adults, including long-term care, home healthcare, and
